Online Bookings

Looking for flexible booking options? Helen is a dynamic presenter who has mastered the art of engaging diverse audiences online.

1 hour (USD $2000)

Book an inspirational one-hour presentation on any of the topics on our Workshop Topics page, or feel free to suggest your own variations.

2 hours (USD $3000)

For online workshops, we recommend that you book a two-hour session with a 10-minute break halfway through. Want more? Consider supplementing larger Zoom workshops with small-group coaching to build writers’ habits, confidence, and skills.

4+ hours (USD $1000 per contact hour)

Helen can work with you to develop a suite of online presentations, workshops, coaching sessions, and ongoing professional development tailored to the needs of your organization. Some examples of popular packages include:

• A 1-hour presentation + 2-hour workshop + 1-hour consultation ($4K)

• Four 2-hour workshops on different topics, offered at regular intervals throughout the year ($8K)

• Three 2-hour workshops + 4 hours of small-group coaching ($10K)

keynotes and special events

Helen’s fee for keynotes and other special events is negotiable depending on the nature and location of the event, the size of the audience, and the topic requested. You can find some examples of Helen’s past keynotes on our Links page.

Onsite Bookings

Want to experience the magic of a live event? Helen is currently taking bookings for a limited number of in-person engagements in the following locations in 2025-26:

• Australia
  Minimum booking: 4 hrs / AUD $6K

• USA/Canada
  Minimum booking: 4 hrs / USD $6K

• Europe/UK
  Minimum booking: 4 hrs / EUR 5.5K or GBP 4.75K

• New Zealand
  Minimum booking: 2 hrs / NZD $3K + GST

PLEASE NOTE: Transportation, accommodation, and all other expenses are included in the onsite booking price.

Pricing and Discounts

All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise indicated. We can provide a quote in whatever currency you specify and will lock in the invoice at that amount to protect you from currency fluctuations. We also offer substantial regional discounts for institutions in Australia and New Zealand; see our FAQ page for details.
